Sue is an experienced Legal Operations researcher and analyst. At UpLevel, she plays a critical role in managing client projects and crafting deliverables including proposals, presentations, and assessment reports. She is also the co-author of UpLevel’s whitepapers on change management, tech roadmaps, and the future of the legal industry.
Prior to joining UpLevel, Sue was a television news producer for WDIO-TV in Minnesota and spent several years in township government administration as well.
Sue has an MS in Communication from the University of Wisconsin Superior and a BA in Psychology from Colorado College. She is based in Minnesota.
