Stephanie Corey is the Co-founder and CEO of UpLevel Ops and a pioneering figure in Legal Operations. With an award-winning career spanning decades, Stephanie has played a pivotal role in shaping the legal operations industry. Following the recent acquisition of the Legal Innovators Network (LINK) by The L Suite, she took on the role of Global Chair of LINK at The L Suite, where she continues to drive thought leadership and innovation within the legal community.

Stephanie co-founded both LINK and the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), cementing her reputation as a leader in the evolving legal operations landscape. She was named in the Corporate Counsel Business Journal’s (CCBJ) 50 Women to Watch list, Lawdragon’s Global 100 Leaders in Legal & Consulting, and is a member of the College of Law Practice Management (COLPM).

Before founding UpLevel Ops, Stephanie served as Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Legal Operations at major companies such as Flex, VMware, and Hewlett-Packard, where she led large-scale operations and implemented transformative processes. Her expertise spans legal technology, operational strategy, financial management, and process optimization, making her a sought-after advisor for organizations looking to enhance their legal functions.

Stephanie holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a BA in Economics from Wilkes University.
