Brandi Pack is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning the legal, technology, hospitality, and education sectors. She has held strategic roles at Hewlett Packard Company, Constellation Brands, and Goodwill Industries, where her expertise in project management, legal operations, and IT services has driven significant business improvements.

After gaining early access to GPT-4 in 2022, Brandi immediately recognized the transformative potential of Generative Artificial Intelligence in the legal industry. Since that moment, she has spent her time tracking AI progress, educating clients, and writing on GAI’s impact to prepare legal teams for this technological shift. Currently, she leads the AI Innovation Program at UpLevel Ops, which is focused on integrating GAI into the daily work of legal professionals through simple solutions while pushing the boundaries of what this transformative technology can achieve in the future.

Brandi holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Oregon and is certified in multiple professional disciplines. Her innovative contributions to the industry have been acknowledged by the Tug McGraw Foundation and Hewlett Packard Company. She currently resides and works in the scenic Napa Valley.
