Amy Guzman

Amy Guzman brings 20 years of experience in the legal industry with global project management support experience in matrixed environments to her role at UpLevel Ops. Most recently, Amy was a Legal Business Manager in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services line. She provided strategic legal operations advice to in-house legal departments to modernize the delivery of legal services.

Previously Amy worked as the Senior Legal Operations Manager for WeWork and Becton, Dickinson, and Company, addressing a full range of legal ops challenges, including outside counsel management, budget and accrual guidance, contracting business process improvements, technology selection and implementation, and IP process efficiencies. She’s known for partnering with business leaders to identify gaps and produce new levels of efficiency, cost-effective solutions, employee satisfaction, and productivity.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Amy is also Lean Six Sigma certified and is fluent in Spanish. She is based in New Jersey.
